Returns & Exchanges

We've been told many times that our Exchanges are INCREDIBLY EASY and STRESS FREE :)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of “Iowa love” Goods & Apparel. After all, we want you to be sharing the “Iowa love”!
Therefore, we offer you this generous policy
PURCHASES ONLINE:
Exchanges
For all items that remain in perfect condition, you qualify for an exchange for a different color / size of your choosing within 30 days of receiving your order.
To process please:
- Within 30 days of the date your order was delivered, email help@iowalove.org explaining what you’d like to do.
- We mail to you the item that you’re requesting to be exchanged.
- In the package, we will include a pre-paid returns bag for the item(s) you are exchanging.
- Voila!
Returns
For all items that remain in perfect condition, you qualify for a return for a full refund (paid with store credit) if requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
To process please:
- Within 30 days of the date your order was delivered, email help@iowalove.org explaining what you’d like to do.
- Once confirmed, please send in the mail to “Iowa love”, 1926 Baltimore Street, Waterloo, IA 50702 your item.
- Please include in the package a note “Please refund.” and include your Order Number.
- Within 3 business days of receipt, your package will be evaluated that it remains in perfect condition, and if it is confirmed, you’ll be refunded through your form of payment.
PURCHASES FROM A “HOMETOWN RETAIL PARTNER”
- Returns and Exchanges can only be requested directly through the retailer where you purchase was made.
EXCEPTIONS
- All sale items (items purchased that were discounted from full price before using any promotional code).
- If your package is missing upon delivery, though shipped to the address inputted during checkout - please do email us and we'll try to help you, though we may not be able to replace the missing package.
- There is a limit of one exchange per order.
