We've been told many times that our Exchanges are INCREDIBLY EASY and STRESS FREE :)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of “Iowa love” Goods & Apparel. After all, we want you to be sharing the “Iowa love”!

Therefore, we offer you this generous policy

PURCHASES ONLINE:

    Exchanges 

    For all items that remain in perfect condition, you qualify for an exchange for a different color / size of your choosing within 30 days of receiving your order.

    UPDATE October 28: All purchases made from October 20 through December 25 qualify for the extended Exchange Policy as many purchases will be holiday gifts. Exchanges will be accepted until January 31, 2021.

    To process please:

    1. Within 30 days of the date your order was delivered, email me at william@iowalove.org explaining what you’d like to do.
    2. We mail to you the item that you’re requesting to be exchanged.
    3. In the package, we will include a pre-paid returns bag for the item(s) you are exchanging.
    4. Voila!

    Returns

    For all items that remain in perfect condition, you qualify for a return for a full refund (paid with store credit) if requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

    To process please:

    1. Within 30 days of the date your order was delivered, email me at william@iowalove.org explaining what you’d like to do. 
    2. Once confirmed with me, please send in the mail to “Iowa love”, PO BOX 747, Waterloo, IA 50702 your item. 
    3. Please include in the package a note “Please refund.” and include your Order Number. 
    4. Within 3 business days of receipt, your package will be evaluated that it remains in perfect condition, and if it is confirmed, you’ll be refunded through your form of payment. 

    PURCHASES FROM A “HOMETOWN RETAIL PARTNER”

    1. Returns and Exchanges can only be requested directly through the retailer where you purchase was made. 

    EXCEPTIONS

    1. All sale items (items purchased that were discounted from full price before using any promotional code).
    2. If your package is missing upon delivery, though shipped to the address inputted during checkout - please do email us and we'll try to help you, though we may not be able to replace the missing package.
    3. There is a limit of one exchange per order.
